Women Love Tech is becoming Australia’ most popular lifestyle technology blog, a trusted voice uncovering the best in technology for women. The mini-survey I ran last week just confirmed it. In the beginning, I was a bit nervous as I didn’t know how many people will take the time to answer it, maybe 100 or 200? Fact, over 1200 people kindly took the time to answer Women Love Tech 10 questions! Wow, I am so overwhelmed with this result. You are truly amazing women in technology and I am very honoured you read and love the blog.

Because of the blog called Women Love Tech, I knew I had a majority of female readers and guess what? 93% of you are female, yeah! go, girls! And thank you to the 7% of males reading the blog, I’m glad you are here too. I mean it 🙂
I thought my readership was young and actually, it turns out the highest range is between 30 to 49 years old – which is fantastic because I am myself in this age category. I won’t talk about your household income which is quite high but I can say 70% of you are employed full-time or part-time, lucky we live in Australia.
To finish on the demography, 70% of you live in Australia with a majority in NSW, 15% in the United States, 6% in Europe, 6% in Asia and 3% other – thank you to the people who left a comment for the other category and particularly to the man or woman who is Australian, lives somewhere in Africa and read Women Love Tech!
How do Women Love Tech readers get the news?
Well, this was also a surprise it’s consistent between the blog, the newsletter and social media, with a majority of 40% reading the blog, newsletter and social media.

This one is really important to me to understand what do you expect from the blog, and a massive 35% said they want more gadgets and product reviews. I am going to transform myself into a gadget girl! A lot of you really love the How To’s category where I give tips for your phone, emails and passwords. I will write more for this category.
To my surprise not a lot of people like the beauty apps category or the health one! – good to know.
Lifestyle, news, travel, career, and blogger interviews are also the most popular.
When I asked you what would you like to see more in the blog, a strong majority said technology tips, apps and blogger interviews. It will be my pleasure to help you with your technology worries. I am preparing a series of articles covering those topics so stay tuned.
