Apple’s WWDC 2020 Gives Consumers A Taste Of The Future

Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference is going to take place via a new online format when it kicks off in June. Attendees can expect a taste of the future of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.

Now in its 31st year, the WWDC 2020 is going to feature a keynote and a number of immersive sessions for all consumers and creative developers around the world to get early access to the new software while also having the opportunity to engage with Apple engineers.

“With all of the new products and technologies we’ve been working on, WWDC 2020 is going to be big,” said Craig Federighi, Apple’s senior vice president of Software Engineering. “I look forward to our developers getting their hands on the new code and interacting in entirely new ways with the Apple engineers building the technologies and frameworks that will shape the future across all Apple platforms.”

With Apple’s entire registered developer community reaching up to 23 million worldwide, the WWDC 2020 will essentially give them the tools and insights they require to turn their many ideas into reality. This involves helping the next generation of app developers learn about the new technologies and frameworks they rely on as they create new app experiences in prominent and up and coming areas including augmented reality, machine learning, health and fitness, home automation and more.

The App Store is one of the most visited and used app marketplaces in the world, and “with all of the new products and technologies we’ve been working on, WWDC 2020 is going to be big,” said Craig Federighi, Apple’s senior vice president of Software Engineering.

More information about the conference will be released in the coming months.
