The Buddee Fitness App Helps You Find Your Fit

Have you ever been at home on a Saturday morning, disappointed that you slept through your gym class? Or, had a friend visit you from overseas and you wanted to gift them an experience they wouldn’t forget? Bring on buddee fitness! Now you can book a personal trainer to come to you for that killer weekend workout right in your own backyard. Or, surprise your friend with a private sunrise yoga session right on Bondi Beach. Better yet, join her for the session so it is a memory you can share.

Buddee fitness is doing for the fitness industry what Uber did for the taxi industry. Born out of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, it is an iOS app that allows you to search for vetted fitness professionals in your area who can come to you for a private, in-person, training session. You can search for yoga, pilates, personal training, boxing, and martial arts.

Kim McIntosh, a personal trainer herself, saw a gap where people were only finding fitness professionals by word of mouth referrals or by walking into a gym. Along with her two Cofounders, Dre Horton & Milton Lai, this problem is well on the way to being solved – bringing access to qualified fitness professionals who can help you when and where you need them.
