On the Statue of Liberty’s 132nd birthday, EarthCam has celebrated her honour on this special day through sharing its new 4k time-lapse movie that highlights the construction of the museum in New York.
The museum is considered to be the most significant addition to the island since the arrival of Lady Liberty herself in June 1885. It will replace the current exhibition inside the pedestal of the statue.
The new Statue of Liberty Museum in New York has unique design features including a glass roof that blends in with the landscape’s surroundings with an incredible view of the New York Harbour and America’s Great Lady.
You can now track the ongoing progress from EarthCam’s construction camera on the web page and tune in for a final time-lapse movie to commemorate the opening of the attraction in May 2019.
