If you’ve been reading Women Love Tech since the beginning then you know how the ‘password’s topic’ and online safety is important to me. I never repeated enough, change your password regularly and never ever use the same password for your email, social media and banking.

Myself on a regular basis I change my password and honestly… I hate it! Simply because it’s time consuming, and I am so busy thinking million things in same time that I can barely remember them. To add fun to my hate relation with password, because hackers can cracked into your online privacy so quickly now passwords have to be complicated for them… For example more and more password have to be at least 8 letter with a capital, a number and a punctuation symbol included. &WTF?57

How To Pick A Strong Password You Can Remember

To back me up, I have a small note book with all my passwords which I update when I change all my passwords – this little note book is almost more precious than my passport. I know it’s risky but I have over 100 passwords to access to thousand things I need online. Sad and true.

I use also a password system like Keychain (Mac)but I prefer double it all just in case…. I don’t think I’m paranoid I just know how catastrophic it will be if someone hacks my computer.

Anyway the cyber life doesn’t have to be so irritating and frustrating, there are few tricks to create a strong password that you can remember.

I create sentences with inside number telling a story. For example: Oscarfarts7timesperday! Trust me this one is a very strong password. Oscar is my French Bulldog and one day when I was trying to create a new password, he was under my desk farting like hell and here one of my strongest password!

Another tip: If you speak more than 2 languages, you can also mix languages in a same password.
