The new HTC 10 smartphone will be available in Australia beginning of May 2016. I had the chance to be at the exclusive media conference to be one of the first journalists to discover the new Android. To my surprise, the HTC10 is filled with amazing technology goodies but also looks extremely sleek and classy.
Let me take you on a quick tour of what to expect and also why I am seriously thinking of switching from my iPhone 6s to the new HTC 10.

Bold Design
The first thing noticeable in the new HTC 10 it’s the deeply chamfered edges with different textures plus the is only 3mm thin sidewall.
The phone is available in Australia inCarbon Grey, Glacier Silver and Topaz Gold bringing a new approach to design with a bold contour carved out of a solid metal making the new phone slimmer and more slender.
Strength
This phone is built to be strong and tough it has been tested by engineers over 168 hours of extreme temperature tests ranging from -20 Celsius degrees to 60 degrees.
Camera
The HTC smartphone’s camera always been the best on the smartphone’s market, and the new HTC 10 new camera stick to its reputation with their 5 million pixels, 86-degree wide angle screen and it’s flash dual iOS front camera which is perfect selfies. Without being too techie, ladies, the only thing you should remember is this camera on this phone is the best on the smartphone’s camera bringing sharper, clearer photos every time.
Video
The HTC 10 combines vivid 4K video with the world’s first stereo 24-bit Hi-Res audio recording, capturing 256 times more detail than standard recordings, across twice the frequency range and enabling you to bring to life your recorded content as if you were actually there in person.
Speed
In term of the touch screen, the HTC 20 is more responsive and faster than the Samsung S7. HTC 10 brings you the best in class technology with the latest Snapdragon processors for the best performance. Meaning it will support a faster network anywhere in the World with an extra of 30% more color.
Performance
HTC Boost+ is the new app that monitors your apps and usage and dynamically allocates memory as required while maintaining battery life by reducing the power of usage of apps in the background. It can even give your games a boost of performance without increasing battery consumption.
Security
HTC 10 fingerprint security keeps your phone secures with the touch of your finger in a lightning fast 0.2 seconds.
Layout
HTC created new Freestyle Layout, you no longer have an on-screen grid that dictates the layout. Instead you can get creative by dragging icons, stickers and widgets anywhere you like. Layer them, group them, link stickers to apps or get rid of screen icons altogether, the choice is yours.
Audio
the HTC 10 is certified for Hi-Res audio and has been designed to make music sound the way that the artist intended. A headphone amp that delivers two times the power of a conventional headphone amp delivering an all round audio performance that cannot be beaten.
