HTC launched the HTC Desire 626 which is compatible with 4GX on the Telstra Mobile Network.

It is a Blue Tick-rated handset and is recommended by Telstra for superior handheld coverage in regional and rural areas.

“We are thrilled to bring our customers one of the most affordable, yet stylish and powerful 4G LTE smartphones on the market, the HTC Desire 626,” said Ben Hodgson, Country Manager HTC Australia and New Zealand.

More big-screen entertainment

Sporting a sharp 5-inch HD display with stunning clarity, the HTC Desire 626 allows you to see more and do more. Larger screens call for massive multi-media entertainment on the go and that’s exactly what you get on the HTC Desire 626. It’s perfect for watching videos, browsing the web, playing games, catching up on Facebook and seeing everything just the way it was meant to be seen.

More angles with high-quality front and back camera

Every shot you take with the HTC Desire 626 is ‘share-worthy’ and every side is your best with two high-quality cameras. The 13MP main camera features continuous shooting so you never miss another once-in-a-lifetime moment. Then flip it over to the 5MP selfie camera and take your time striking the perfect pose with a touch to countdown. Express yourself with sharper photos and brilliant selfies.

The HTC One Gallery pulls all your photos and videos from Facebook, Google Drive, Dropbox and Flickr into one place. This is called a photo gallery. And you need not worry about opening multiple apps or galleries to find everything you’ve captured.

The HTC Desire 626 also supports Full HD video recording. You can use both the rear and front cameras – perfect for those special occasions.

Flexibility and convenience of expandable memory

The HTC Desire 626 comes with 16GB internal memory. There is a future-proof microSDXC slot enabled for up to a 2TB card (card not included) and a total of 115GB of Google Drive cloud storage.

You’ll have loads of space to save your photos, videos, music and apps.

More colourful with a unique dual-tone design

The HTC Desire 626 will be available in the unique Blue Lagoon dual-tone colour combination. The dual-tone design ensures the smooth, thin body is as striking on the eye as it is in your hand. Its tapered side-edging gives the HTC Desire 626 a sleek look and its soft curves feel irresistible to touch.

Supercharge all the things you love to do

Do all the things you love with the ultimate power, speed and jaw-dropping graphics, delivered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Quad-Core processor. You’ll get to experience the peak in multitasking and faster than ever browsing, streaming downloading and juggling apps in a snap. When you watch your favourite video or play a game, switching between tasks smoothly is effortless with the HTC Desire 626, giving you an amazingly smooth multimedia experience.

More customisation with a more personal user experience

The HTC Desire 626 allows you to express yourself with endless personalisation options, maximum customisation and minimum effort. Change your phone’s looks as often as you change yours with the unique HTC Sense Interface.
