Eggplant Technologies introduced Move It, a ground-breaking, four-in- one mobile-connected smart home gym that provides quick and effective cardio and muscle workouts.
The Move It system, which features a companion app for iOS and Android, provides instant feedback on workouts, offers users access to trainer-created workouts, and connects them with friends, family and the fitness community for encouragement and friendly competition. Housed in a compact stand, Move It is comprised of an Ab Wheel, a Resistance Band, two Push-Up Handles and a Jump Rope, all of which feature patent-pending interchangeable Intelligent Handles and Sensors that wirelessly connect each workout device to the interactive app. Each handle and piece of equipment contains sensors that precisely track movements in real-time and connect wirelessly to the user’s Smartphone, providing instant feedback on exercise form, number of reps performed and calories burned. The handles also include LED lights to indicate the workout status and a battery that lasts through a week of routine workouts to keep the sweat flowing without interruption!
The mobile platform allows users to bring a trainer and fitness community with them wherever they go. The app features pre-recorded and live workouts designed by trainers for multiple fitness levels with quick start options for limited time workouts. Fitness data can be tracked in real-time to allow users to see their overall performance. The data is securely stored in the user’s profile and provides guidance on best-suited difficulty levels.
The app also features robust community connectivity so a user is never far from their “tribe” even in the comfort of their own home. By connecting to the app, users can browse and follow people’s profiles who are also live. Users can also find virtual “workout buddies” to workout with and participate in routines prepared or hosted by professional personal trainers in real time. For both motivation and friendly competition, users can engage “challenge mode” to take on both one-on-one and team games and challenges.
