BodyMindLife offers a range of Pilates and yoga classes online. These are either live stream classes and on-demand.

The yoga classes vary in style and include prenatal and yin yoga. The Pilates classes include express mat, Barre fusion, and HIIT.  The classes are divided into three levels to suit all levels, from beginner to advanced. The classes range from 20 minutes to 60 minutes.

You’ll need a yoga mat, bands, ball, and optional yoga blocks and bolsters.

The classes are led by qualified instructors including Mardi Gannon, Christie Preston, Juliet Leith, Vee Wiesheu, Sam H Hann, Christian Ralston, Vicky Chapman, Ari Levanael, Sarah Routhier, Aimee Pedersen, Vanessa Mitchell, Norma Nelson, Vicki S Smart, Mel M Mclaughlin and more.

There are plans to add meditation and nutrition classes.

“We believe it is essential for every person to be exposed to the offering of Yoga as a life science – the more people practising yoga and pilates in life, the more our world will heal.” Ferique Brown, Co-owner of Body Mind Life

The classes have been recorded in a yoga studio. Some of them were filmed during lock-down, so there are no students.

You can also attend a live class at a studio located in Bondi Beach, Kirrawee, Redfern, Potts Point, Surry Hills and Byron Bay.

You might like to have a Trial Pass with the BodyMindLife website. It gives you access to all yoga + Pilates + Online Classes for 14 days from your first class. https://www.bodymindlife.com/
