With an impressive high screen quality, amazing camera features and an overall powerful processor, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium packs a punch as one of the latest smartphones on the market.

And not surprisingly, it was voted the best new smartphone at the 2017 Mobile World Congress.

Entertaining and qualitative camera features

The Super Slow Motion mode is probably the most innovative characteristic of this phone.

Thanks to the Motion Eye camera, you can record 960 frames per second, which is four times slower than videos from other smartphones.

You can capture all the smallest detail and reveal the most hidden emotion and reaction.

There are plenty of situations in everyday life that make people react in very different ways.

The super slow motion mode is a perfect tool to enjoy every seconds of them.

The XZ Premium camera also allows you to take pictures of moving objects or people without having a blurred result. The Predictive Capture is really precise and enables you to choose among four shots the one you prefer.

The best screen quality for a smartphone

The Sony XZ is the first mobile with a 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range) Display. It helps improving the colours, details and contrast of the screen using Sony Bravia TV technology.

The most powerful processor in a SONY mobile

The XZ Premium uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, which main advantages are the quality of the graphics, the battery efficiency and the overall performance with

  • Up to 1Gbps download and 150 Mbps upload
  • Up to 20% faster CPU (central processing unit)
  • 3 times faster to see pictures and videos with UFS (Universal Flash Storage)

Cool and innovative options

PS4 Remote play: you can play PS4 games on the Xperia XZ Premium just by connecting to your home Wifi network.

Water resistant: please, don’t try to submerge your phone in water, it won’t like it. But the XZ Premium is protected against water spills and dust. So you don’t have to worry when you use it under the rain.

Fingerprint sensor: the XZ Premium recognise you just by using the power button.

Mirror effect: the material used for the back of the phone has a mirror effect, which makes easier checking if you have anything stuck between your teeth or to retouch your makeup before going out.

Easy selfie: when you use the front camera, you don’t even have to click on the screen button. Just put your hand in view of the camera and the phone will take the picture itself three seconds later. This feature is really appreciable, especially in view of the phone’s size.
