“Winning Best Corporate Content is particularly exciting as we have been a multiple finalist almost every year for 7 or 8 years, so it’s great to finally break the drought. As a small media company, corporate support is crucial for our success, and we’d like to thank our corporate partners for believing in us and helping us share compelling stories.”

“Our winning stories from Women Love Tech, included “Trust, Transparency And Teamwork: Partners In Life And Work Engineer Enterprise Data For Better Business Decisions,” “How Game Changing Technology Is Transforming Australian Workplaces,” and “A Dynamic Mother-Daughter Duo Creating A More Equitable World – One Venture At A Time.” These were skillfully crafted by Giulia Sirignani and Maria-Antoniette Issa.

“It’s also a win for our video and podcast series GameChangers. Our hosts include Gemma Acton and Tracey Spicer AM GAICD. Tracey conducted interviews with our corporate partners Musa Ventures, Elker, and BizCubed. We then shared our Game Changers interviews on Women Love Tech and across various podcast platforms in their audio format.”

The Lizzies Award

Regarding the award, Robyn emphasized its significance for an independent media publication. “For me, it’s an important part of my transition from being magazine editor of The Australian Women’s Weekly & group publisher of Hearst Magazines to running my own media business.”

The win is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team involved in both Women Love Tech and the GameChangers.com.au video podcast series.

Concluding her remarks, Robyn issued a rallying call to female journalists: “Go For A Job In Tech Media – We Need You!” She highlighted the importance of female tech journalists and encouraged diversity in the field.

The Lizzie’s award and the recognition as finalists across ten categories mark a significant achievement for Women Love Tech, underscoring the publication’s commitment to excellence in tech journalism and storytelling.
