Zero Latency is The Free-Roam VR Mayhem That You Just Can’t Miss Out On

Over the past decade, more than five million players across 30 countries have strapped in, geared up, and stepped into otherworldly dimensions at 120+ Zero Latency venues, making it the largest free-roam VR network in the world.

My VR Experience: Chaos, Laughter & A Lot of Friendly Fire

Recently, I jumped into one of Zero Latency’s adrenaline-charged VR missions. And, let’s just say, I may have accidentally shot a few of my teammates. (Okay, more than a few. In my defence, you can’t turn off friendly fire!)

The experience was wildly immersive. It’s surreal how a relatively small room can feel massive once the headset goes on. That said, there were a few hiccups: the instructional video moved a bit too fast, captions would’ve helped with the in-game dialogue, and our in-person communication was clearer with us yelling at each other rather than through the headsets at times. Still, the thrill of navigating unfamiliar terrain with your friends more than made up for it. IT WAS JUST SO MUCH FUN!

Whether you’re a zombie slayer, alien-hunter, or virtual pirate, Zero Latency’s worlds feel alive, interactive, and just plain fun. And with titles like Far Cry VR, Outbreak, and Space Marine VR: Defenders of Avarax, there’s no shortage of adventure. I will be going back for sure to try the other challenges, that’s for sure!

The Numbers Don’t Lie

  • 10 years of innovation
  • 120+ venues and growing
  • 5 million+ plays
  • 460 million zombies defeated (and counting!)

If you’ve tried free-roam VR, this is your sign to gather your crew and dive in. Because there’s nothing quite like ducking for cover, shooting lasers, and yelling instructions while fully immersed in another universe. It’s unlike anything you’ve experienced before = no cables, no limits, and no sitting still. It’s physical, fast-paced, and completely transportive. You’ll be dodging enemies, ducking behind cover, and laughing your head off with your mates.

Just remember: watch your back, and maybe… don’t let me near the weapons next time.
