Australia’s 2019 Online Retailer Conference & Expo will be held on the 24th and 25th July, at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre, Darling Drive, Sydney.
From the latest ecommerce insights, trends, tech innovation and retail solutions, attendees will have the opportunity to focus on what is shaping the new norm of consumer interactions.
Covering everything in the customer life cycle from data driven marketing, CX, unified commerce and tech adoption to fulfilment, last mile delivery, and environmental sustainability.
Online Retailer Event Director, Matt Smith says, “We’ve identified the biggest pain points for retailers, including capturing data and using it to map out customer behaviour, enhancing experiences, automating processes and adopting technology. The content places a heavy focus on these areas to ensure retailers are educated and can formulate the best strategy.”
Some of the exhibitors include Catch.com.au, Shippit and CouriersPlease.
Attendees of the event will also enjoy:
