What are your favourite apps and why?

Lucy Liu: As an avid traveller, most of my favourite apps are travel-related. Klook is an alternative travel app that I use to source and book adventures that are off the beaten track. Award Wallet is another app that I often use to track my frequent flier miles.

Cara Delevigne posted this on her Instagram page

Cara Delevigne says she loves Instagram. And it’s not surprising given she has 44.5 million followers from just over 4,000 posts. British Vogue is another one of her favourite apps for its unrivalled coverage of fashion, beauty and culture .

“Just like the regular magazine but with extra video, shoot outtakes, and lots and lots of photos and goodness,” adds Cara.

CAROLINE DORAN, Chief Operating Office at Paykel Media

The podcast I regularly listen to is Eat, Work, Sleep, Repeat.  It is a podcast about making work better. The host, Bruce Daisley interviews a range of psychologists and workplace experts.  It gives a real insight into culture, what works, what doesn’t.  Plus, simple everyday practices that help how we can improve working together.

TRINNY WOODALL, CEO at Trinny London

I love Mia Freeman from Mamamia because she’s a woman who is incredibly down to earth, realistic, full of joy and a serial entrepreneur, and I kind of respect women like that a lot.

My favourite beauty podcasts are from Jessica Matlin and Jennifer Goldstein, who do Fat Mascara which is produced in America, and I love that one too.
