If you are keen to achieve your fitness goals, then take a look at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the benefits you’ll get from its recently announced collaboration with Under Armour.

Aimed at providing users with unique experiences that help runners achieve their optimum fitness and make the experience more enjoyable, there’s plenty of new features to choose from.

Among our favourites are the cadence based real-time form coaching and premium access to a fitness community through MapMyRun. 1 You can also have access to comprehensive workouts accessible directly from the wrist.

This Armour Edition is a step up from previous versions of the smartwatch, designed specifically with runners in mind, providing them additional ways to ensure they reduce the risk of injury. Using data from the smartwatch or from Under Armour Connected Footwear, users will see visual feedback and hear audio cues during workouts, which will help improve their stride, maintain their pace and continue on the path to conquering their fitness goals.

The Galaxy Watch Active2 Under Armour Edition is ideal for setting personalised programmes and can monitor your pace, distance and duration, and even give you audio cues and haptic feedback throughout your run. With real-time coaching based on data collected from the watch, the wearer will receive heaps of useful feedback that helps you improve your form.

There’s even post-workout benefits with users getting in-depth form analysis and detailed coaching tips via the smartphone,

Map my run Partnership

There is 6 months free usage of Map My Run Membership which give access to training plans. Plus, if you are a fan of Under Armour there’s the added bonus that all of its HOVR high-performance running footwear connects seamlessly to MapMyRun. With supported Samsung devices, users can connect their footwear directly to their Samsung smartwatch, and receive the same level of coaching and feedback straight from their watch display.

Exclusively on the Galaxy Watch Active2 Under Armour Edition, there is the ability to pair the smartwatch with the UA HOVR Connected running shoes3 which offers users up-to-the-minute stats on stride length and real-time form coaching.

We’ve seen the benefits of smart home connection and what we love about this is the idea that you can now use your tech and fashion together seamlessly for a better fitness result.
