Motorola has launched three new smartphones across a range of price points in Australia, loaded with some new features from high-end visual and audio tech to better displays and battery life. The first two – called the motorola edge 30 and the moto g82 5G are available now and the moto e32 will be available on June 16th.

What has the moto edge 30 to offer?
At 6.79 mm thick, the motorola edge 30 rates as one of the thinner 5G smartphones. It includes a 6.5” OLED display and multi-dimensional audio from Dolby Atmos, plus a Finger On Display (FOD) capability to make it easier to unlock your phone.
As well, it has improved imaging quality capabilities so you can take high-quality photos. These include advanced focusing and stabilisation hardware in the main camera plus reduced noise and blur. RAW night vision allows all processing to be done prior to the Image Signal Processor (ISP) in 10-bits for deeper blacks, richer colours and increased sharpness.
The main 50 MP camera lets you shoot with 32x more focusing pixels to get faster, more accurate performance in any light. The motorola edge 30 has improved focusing and stabilisation hardware, matched with software to improve camera performance in third-party apps and offer enhanced RAW night vision.
The 50MP Ultrawide + Macro Vision sensor captures ultra-wide hi-res photos in daylight, while the sensor boosts brightness and sharpness in low light. For action as close as 2.5 cm away, Macro Vision brings your subject 4x closer than a standard lens. A 32 MP front camera takes selfies, drawing on HDR10+ for brightness, with the option of a Face Beauty feature to smooth out uneven skin tones in Portrait and Night Vision mode. Dual Capture mode lets you record action through both camera sides simultaneously to gain two different perspectives in real-time.
For streaming movies and games, the 6.5″ OLED display with HDR10+ built-in. You can view over a billion shades of colour with improved brightness, deep blacks and rich colours for a more cinematic experience.
Power isn’t a problem because you have the Snapdragon 778G+ 5G mobile platform. With this you can download, stream, and video chat without lag, and connect to the fastest Wi-Fi 6E networks with an advanced modem.
Ready For allows the motorola edge 30 to connect to an external monitor or a TV so you can move your phone’s games to the big screen. With 8GB of memory and up to 128GB storage you’ll have plenty of room to store photos, movies, songs, apps, and games. It has a 4020 mAh battery which utilises TurboPower 33W so you have hours of power after minutes of charging.

The moto g82 5G features a 6.6” FHD + AMOLED display, so your favourite shows and movies will show deep blacks and yes – a billion shades of colours! A 120 Hz refresh rate keeps things smooth and a Night Light mode protects your eyes with certified low blue light emission. You’ll also hear the enhanced bass, vocals and multidimensional sound from the Dolby Atmos speakers.

moto e32: Sleek, smart and stunning
The new moto e32 has a 6.5” HD+ ultra-wide display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. A 90 Hz refresh rate allows you to enjoy a more fluid viewing experience from edge to edge and switch between apps and web pages.
The fast-focusing 16 MP camera makes it more likely you can get a good photo even when the lighting isn’t perfect. The phone also has AI-enabled features including Macro Vision – so you can get close to the action, up to 4 cm away. A depth sensor allows you to blur the background automatically for professional-looking shots. And to make it easier to take selfies, the moto e32 has dropped the notch to include an 8MP HiD front camera.
You can gain access to the phone with a fingerprint reader on the side or glance into the camera for facial recognition. A 5000 mAh battery means you won’t run out of power very soon.
