She’s Unstoppable: Sage Robbins on Love, Presence, and the Power of Choosing a Kinder Way

Sage Robbins is a philanthropist, speaker, and wife of life coach Tony Robbins, took the virtual stage at the She’s Unstoppable Summit this week to guide nearly half a million women through a journey of rediscovery. Known for her heart-centered approach, Sage blends personal stories with practical tools to help women live with greater presence, love, and joy.

At the She’s Unstoppable Summit, Sage Robbins went far deeper than motivation, and talked about reawakening.

“We’re in an era of unstoppable women,” she began. “But it’s meaningful and important how we rise. Our true power is our capacity to love. And that power lives inside of you, inside of me.”

The summit, an immersive three-day experience, was described by Robbins as a collective rebirth. For her, this wasn’t just about ambition or achievement. It was about connection to self, to one another, and to the often-forgotten wisdom of the heart.

Sage shared what she calls her five keys: daily practices to live with more ease, fulfillment, and grace. They weren’t lofty or abstract, but simple, intentional choices designed to shift how we experience life.

  1. Choose to tidy up – no junk in.
Just as we’re mindful of what we eat, Sage reminded the audience to watch what we feed our minds. Years ago, she recalls catching herself filling long flights with celebrity gossip magazines in Sydney, Australia. “What am I doing this for?” she wondered. That day, she put them back on the shelf and began nourishing her mind with books that uplifted her spirit.
  2. Choose harmony – no junk out.
Words matter. Complaints, gossip, and negativity, she explains, drain us and those around us. Instead, she urges women to catch themselves mid-thought and ask: Where’s the blessing here? By shifting the language we use, we open the door to more joy and appreciation.
  3. Choose presence.
In a world of constant distraction, Sage called on women to reclaim the intimacy of the moment. “Sometimes, when we’re searching for purpose, we miss the intimacy of who is right in front of us,” she said. From walking with her parents through illness to holding space for loved ones, she stressed that being fully present is one of the greatest gifts we can give.
  4. Choose community.
The summit itself was proof of this power. Thousands of women, across continents, lifting each other with encouragement, wisdom, and support. “The collective,” she said, “is not just shaping us, it’s transforming us.”
  5. Choose to be a blessing.
Above all, she urges women to see themselves as givers of light. Whether through kind words, encouragement, or simply showing up authentically, “we bless one another’s lives,” she adds.

Sage Robbins: “I’m Just a Mom”

One of the most moving moments came when Robbins shared a recent visit with her mother, who is living with dementia. This was particularly pertinent as I am writing this after visiting my own 84 year old mother and mum of five children in hospital in her final stages of life.

Sage choked up as she recalled a. precious moment where her mother “…looked at me and said, ‘Why am I such a nervous Nelly? Why do I feel scared all the time? I’m just a mom.’”

Her lovely message was that no role, no title, no identity is “just” anything. “Mom, you’re not just a mom,” she reminded her beautiful mum. “You’re a giver, a lover, a creator of beauty. You’ve guided, supported, and shown me what love looks like. I am who I am because of you.”

For every women in the audience, this struck a chord. How often do we diminish our gifts, dismissing them as ordinary, when in truth they are extraordinary acts of love?

Mom, you’re not just a mom. You’re a giver, a lover, a creator of beauty. I am who I am because of you.”

A Collective Awakening

As the summit drew to a close, Sage’s reminder was that transformation doesn’t happen in a single podcast episode, yoga class, or inspirational event. It takes immersion. It takes commitment. And it takes community.

“We’ve barely scratched the surface,” she said. “But from this place, you can create the new beginning you long for. You can have the love, the freedom, the joy you desire. Because this, this aliveness you feel, is who you truly are beneath all the layers.”

The She’s Unstoppable Summit was a call to rise, not by force, but through love, kindness, and the courage to choose differently.

Sage Robbins’s Wise Words: What I Loved Most

“Our true power is our capacity to love. And that power lives inside of you, inside of me.”

“Becoming aware of the junk we put into our minds is just as important as what we put into our bodies.”

“If you hear something coming out of your mouth that isn’t aligned with your heart, catch yourself, tidy it up.”

“Sometimes, when we’re searching for purpose, we miss the intimacy of the moment and the person right in front of us.
