Sonos Releases The Premium Arc Soundbar For Crisp, Immersive Audio

Nowadays, we aren’t strangers to high-quality picture quality on our TVs with 4K and 8K streaming becoming the norm in the market. But an aspect of the viewing experience that tends to be disregarded is the sound quality. You have fantastic visual qualities, so it’s only natural to get the same for your audio, which is where Sonos comes in.

Sonos has released the ‘Arc’ soundbar along with the ‘Five’ and ‘Sub (Gen 3)’; perfect for bringing immersive, cinema-quality sound straight to your homes.

Sonos Arc

The perfect TV room

The Sonos Arc is equipped with eleven high-performance drivers that produce clear and crisp audio with great depth. With now over 25 video streaming services providing Dolby Atmos content, the Arc adjusts its sound profile to match the desire set up, whether stereo, Dolby Digital 5.1, or Dolby Atmos.

You can personalise your sound through the Sonos app which lets you choose the settings you wish to have. Featuring the likes of Speech Enhancement for vocal clarity, Night Sound to make explosions less harsh, and the option to play around with the acoustic profile of your soundbar; the Sonos app gives you the control.

The Sonos Arc comes in matte black or white with a 270-degree rounded plastic grille to produce that all-round sound. The Arc is globally available on June 10, 2020.

Sub (Gen 3) and Sonos Five

To accompany the Arc, the releases of the third generation of the Sonos Sub and the Sonos Five give users the option of increased memory and faster processing power while maintaining top-of-the-range sound.

The lounge room is wired for sound

Adding the Sub to your audio collection provides users with lower frequencies for an even richer and deeper sound. The Sonos Five, similar to the Play:5’s audio and design, is great as a standalone speaker or for your movie needs when paired with another Five. It’s particularly good for things like Vinyl.

The Sub is available in both black and white for $999 and the Five is available in black with a black grille and, for the first time, white with a white grille for $749. Pre-order today on Sonos.com or with participating retailers and will be available June 10, 2020.
