The 2020 Huawei MateBook X Pro Is Stronger, Faster And Now Available In Australia

Since its original release in 2018 as the world’s first-ever FullView notebook, the Huawei MateBook X Pro had a goal providing its customers with a product that combined portability with a high-performance while keeping the classic Huawei design values: slick and sharp.

The 2020 model continues what it started two years back, only this time with improvements to its display, performance and light-weight design.

New display

Huawei MateBook X Pro

The Huawei Matebook X Pro features a 13.9-inch borderless display that supports up to a 3K resolution (3000×2000). Its 91% screen-to-body-ratio makes for an incredibly immersive experience for users, and now with the addition of 10-point multi-touch and Fingers Gesture Screenshot, the interface is smarter and more receptive.

The wider screen does not come at the expense of a heavier and bulkier product. The MateBook X Pro remains relatively light at 1.35 kg with an ultra thin 14.6 mm body, making it perfect to carry around wherever you need.

“The all-new Huawei MateBook X Pro delivers on this, epitomising Huawei’s signature design and craftsmanship in a high-performance, powerful solution,”

said Larking Huang, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business in Australia

New and improved performance

Another big addition to the 2020 model is its new and improved performance capabilities. Equipped with the 10th Generation Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce, everything from video editing to gaming will come out smooth and seamless. And it’s not only the visual that have improved, but the sound too. Thanks to its quad-speaker setup, the MateBook X Pro can produce a significant and high-quality sound experience anywhere.

The new model supports fast WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 so that users get the best connectivity possible with quicker data transmission speeds, wider signal coverage and stronger broadcasting capabilities. The MateBook X Pro also lasts a lot longer as a result of the 56Wh3 battery along with the accompanying power-saving modes available. And while your notebook is hard at work for hours on end, the Shark Fin 2.0 provides smart, adapted and efficient cooling that isn’t disruptive.

Huawei MateBook X Pro

The new HUAWEI MateBook X Pro is available online and in store from today, 3 June 2020. When consumers purchase the HUAWEI MateBook X Pro between 3/06/2020 – 17/06/2020 they will receive a bonus pair of HUAWEI FreeBuds 3 active noise cancellation Bluetooth headphones valued at $299 RRP.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is available now for RRP $3299 at select retailers. Visit Huawei.com.au for more information.
