Ex-Yahoo executive and UrbanYou’s co-founder, Noga Edelstein, said that the acquisition was made possible due to the “phenomenal growth” of their company for the past 12 months. The expansion of the business is on track in becoming a premiere service in the country for the time-poor households.
Noga Edelstein with her co-founder Elke Keeley expressed that UrbanYou will penetrate in Brisbane. “The company has generated 4 million in sales from more than 30,000 home service bookings across Sydney and Melbourne.”
In light of the acquisition, they are also looking forward to triple their growth within 12 months, double their digits monthly and expand their networks and user base.

With an open mind, Edelstein said that they’re always ready for expansion and take on challenges in exploring growth opportunities. With that mind, Edelstein said, “When HomeHello approached us, it was the right time for our business to scale and we were able to complete the transaction quickly.”

Continuing the momentum, UrbanYou will also be launching their two new mobile apps and self-managed portals for both service providers and customers respectively. These advancements will further enhance the automation of user booking and payments, and integrate UrbanYou into the business operations of their service provider network.
