Vaniday revolutionises the process of choosing, booking and most of all, experiencing the world of beauty & wellness for all.
Vaniday is a go-to smart and chic beauty app making those last minute beauty appointments even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Vaniday consists of two terms – Vanity and Day. By vanity the brand intends to make people feel good, regardless of who they are, what they do or what their budget allows. Vaniday believes everyone should be able to feel their best. Day represents taking time out to do something for yourself. We are often busy making time for others we forget to do something special for ourselves. Vaniday makes treating yourself convenient and hassle free!
Vaniday saw a clear need for a better customer experience, not only through the booking service, but also during your appointment, choosing only the best salons close to use through their advanced GPS tracking system. Only salons close to where you are searching will be uploaded, and consumers have the chance to view the individual salons, treatments, pricing and of course, make the appointment. Once customers have had their appointment, they’re encouraged to leave feedback which helps future customers make a selection for their chosen therapist or salon. Vaniday wanted consumers to step out of their norm and experience new beauty and wellness services.
“We wanted to create an experience that allows customers to book services based on their individual needs and have treatments booked in a matter of clicks,” says Global Founder and CEO, Maxime Legardez, whom founded Vaniday. “We also nurture our salons and make small and large business’ more accessible and therefore profitable. All our salons in Australia are hand-picked for their excellent treatments coupled with great customer service. In turn the salons can showcase their work, connect with new and existing clients and grow their business,” he says.
Vaniday launched in March 2015 in their first market, Brazil and since then they have expanded into the UK, Italy, France, UAE and will be rolling out to all major cities around the world within the next six months. Their dynamic roll out plan in various markets is set to shake up the international booking platform for consumers and increase salons’ profitability, on a global scale. Australia is their 6th launch and they have already had 500 salons in Australia sign up, including the likes of Wildlife and Brad Ngata, with more to join in the coming weeks, dominating the online booking platform.
