Telstra has just launched a brand new customer program which enables you to personalise your contract. Let’s face it, we all have different requirements and may want to build in more data capacity for streaming Spotify or playing Youtube videos on your phone.

Launch of the #planschange new campaign

Telstra contracts are now moving exclusively to month-to-month plans with no locked in contracts. If you want to exit your plan you need to pay out your device. You won’t be charged if you go over your monthly data allowance in Australia, but your data will be slowed. And last but not least, you can personalise your plan with a range of accessories, entertainment and service extras, anytime you want.

For the occasion and to celebrate the launch, Women Love Tech was invited to an immersive “build your own” experience. Then, at lunch time, we could build our own poke bowl, then build our own kombucha version and even customise our coffee cup. The idea was to illustrate that giving customers the freedom they need is a simple process and easy to do. So let us know what your experience has been?
