When I heard about their new campaign exploring the various ways nergy carries us, providing the energy for every part of every day, now and into the future. I was thrilled. But more is coming today! AGL launches pop up hair styling bars at Melbourne Central and Fed Square, inviting people to get their hair-styles done and to share their experience on social media. What a fantastic idea!
AGL Brand and Communications Manager, Christine Tomaras, wanted to create a campaign that audiences would instantly relate to: “We wanted to remind people of all the expected and unexpected moments in a day where energy touches their lives. It’s less a story about AGL, and more a story about our customers and what they do in their day-to-day lives.”

Cash Prizes of Up To $2,000
– Participants who post their photos on AGL’s ‘Day in the Life’ Facebook competition can win cash prizes of up to $2,000.
– AGL is also donating $10, about a day’s worth of energy for the average household, to a selection of charities for every entry received.
– Entrants can choose from four charities, St Vincent de Paul Society, The Smith Family, Julian Burton Burns Trust and Cancer Council Australia.

Where To Find AGL Hair Styling Bar
The AGL Hair Styling bar will be at Melbourne Central on Thurs 11, Fri 12 September from 7 am-7 pm and at Federation Square on Fri 19 September, 7 am-7 pm.
