FAWC House is a new platform that’s redefining VIP travel, giving members access to the highest-ranked hotel status, exclusive events, and concierge services. And it launched this week with International supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, celebrating her 43rd birthday at the Coachella music festival season in a luxurious residence organised by the concierge platform.

Alessandra said FAWC House is the perfect VIP membership club for her lifestyle, saying she particularly loved the Concierge Service which has a 24-hour response team operating across different time zones.

“I think the best perk of being a member of the FAWC House is definitely their concierge service; it’s amazing and it’s very personalized to my needs,” said Alessandra from her luxury oasis in the Coachella Valley.

The driving force behind FAWC House is Australian-born Amanda Archer. As a former Hollywood publicist, she brings a wealth of experience to the travel and technology space. Her journey in the USA began over a decade ago when she served as the publicist for Michael Jackson’s family, including Katherine and Paris Jackson.

More recently, she has represented some of the world’s most accomplished tech entrepreneurs, as well as entertainment personalities, managing their global travel and addressing even the most extravagant requests.

Amanda Archer’s expertise, spanning from Hollywood to the travel and tech world, inspired her to create the ultimate members-only travel and lifestyle experience for FAWC House members. She’s dedicated to providing the best and most exclusive opportunities, leveraging her unparalleled background in these complimentary industries.

Women Love Tech caught up with Amanda to hear more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

Tell us about the tech side of the platform?

Our platform offers members immediate access to an online booking system where they can secure hotel rates and exclusive perks from our preferred partners. Typically, these perks are only available through VIP agents and can take up to 48 hours to receive options. Additionally, we offer a lifetime pass in the form of an NFT digital token, granting access to our member portal by connecting your digital wallet. This not only streamlines login processes but also serves as a unique and collectible art piece.

How does the platform work?

Our platform operates with a concierge team that guarantees a 24-hour response time. When members book hotels through our preferred program, they enjoy a range of benefits including upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credit for dining or spa services, welcome amenities, and VIP status. Our upgrades take precedence over black card programs ensuring a better success rate for hotel upgrades at check-in.

Who is your target audience?

Our target audience comprises younger travellers who haven’t established VIP travel programs yet or those seeking alternatives to exorbitant annual fees associated with existing programs. While our primary demographic falls within the 25-55 age group, we also cater to individuals outside this range who value VIP benefits for their global travels.

Have you always thought of yourself as a tech entrepreneur?

Not at all. I initially identified as a people connector and publicist. However, my journey into the travel industry during the pandemic led me to explore the web3 industry, igniting a passion to delve into it. We started as an NFT project, but over the past two and a half years, we’ve evolved into a global members-only travel and lifestyle club. I’d describe us as travel hackers!

  • Black Pass: US $24.99 provides access to world-class concierge services and VIP travel agents.
  • NFT Digital Access Pass: Lifetime access to the online platform, along with concierge and Web3 benefits.
