HTC One Mobile: Australian availability

HTC announces Australian availability for the new HTC One.  HTC, a global leader in mobile innovation and design, today announced its new and highly anticipated flagship smartphone, the new HTC One, will be available for pre-order with leading mobile operators, Optus, Telstra, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone starting from 5 April 5 2013, followed by in-store availability from 23 April 2013.

HTC One Mobile

Crafted with a distinct zero-gap aluminium unibody, the new HTC One introduces core features including the HTC BlinkFeedâ„¢, HTC Zoeâ„¢, and HTC BoomSoundâ„¢ to deliver a new perspective on smartphones.

Optus

The HTC One will be available for pre-order via the Optus website on a range of great value plans from Friday 5 April, including:

  • $3imonthly handset repayment on the $60 Business Complete Plan for small and medium businesses (24-month contract, min total cost $1,512)

Telstra

From Friday 5 April, Telstra customers will be able to pre-order the HTC One online and from Tuesday 23 April it will be available in Telstra stores across Australia. Customers wanting to receive an email when it launches can register details at telstra.com.au today.

Virgin Mobile

The HTC One will be available for customers from as little as $3 per month on the Big Plan $59. Pre-order online at http://virginmobile.com.au/htc-one/.

Inclusions: $700 plan credit + 3GB data + Unlimited mobile calls & text Virgin to Virgin + Free Voicemail in Oz.

Handset features include: HTC Sense UI, HTC Blinkfeed, HTC Zoe – Ultrapixel Camera & HTC BoomSound – bringing music to life.
