Laptops of tomorrow? Why not laptops of today? Just saying” said Ozzy Man Reviews in his hilarious review of the ZenBook Pro Duo.
Last week marked the ASUS Launch Event where they released a handful of new exciting products, including a specially designed limited edition laptop in light of their 30th anniversary, with a helping hand from a few celebrity media personalities.
The event itself was very prestigiously set up, with beautiful flashes of multiple colours beaming across the room, illuminating the otherwise dark space.
The presentation included a short segment that looked back on the company’s humble beginnings up until now, showcasing their impressive market statistics, and finally announcing five new ground-breaking laptops. In between each segment, the host kept us entertained with some funny comments and remarks.
One of the more exciting segments of the presentation was the ambassadors. The conference was blessed with the presences of media personality, Ozzy Man Reviews and YouTubers Austin Evans, JAZZA, and Kane and Pia.
These #ZENCREATOR’s were there in order to give their opinions on the new products and allow for the audience to sit in on a short Q&A session, and overall to make us feel more involved.
But less about the event, and more about the products!
ZenBook Duo and ZenBook Pro Duo
Among the world’s first laptops to offer the next-gen, high-speed Wi-Fi 6, the ZenBook Duo and Pro Duo with its slick and crisp designs are seemingly the perfect companion for all your multitasking needs.
Whether you’re a content creator or simply wanting to access a webpage while writing an essay, the ZenBook Duo and Pro give you that option and so many more. And now with the larger displays, the Pro Duo being at 15.6 inches, and the Duo at 14 inches, it gives the users so much more more room to fit all the things they need.
On top of that, the ZenBook Duo and Pro Duo features the all-new ScreenPad Plus, the full-width secondary touchscreen to maximise efficiency and creativity.
When matched with the 10th Gen Intel Core processor, these laptops are match made in heaven for all business multitasking requirements, and plus it’s all in full high definition.
ZenBook 14″/15″: The world’s smallest laptops
“Ultra light” and “ultra portable”, these ultra small laptops boast the smallest footprints for their respective sizes. The frameless NanoEdge displays create a 95% screen-to-body ratio, thereby maximising the screen area.
The Zenbook also features the ScreenPad 2.0, the smartphone-like interface, now larger at 5.65 inches to create a more efficient work flow. You can access a bunch of handy utilities as well as Spotify if ever you wanted to change the song without having to go through your phone and potentially distracting yourself with other things.
And now, the battery life is 2.5x longer when the ScreenPad + is being used.
Asus VivoBook S15
If you prefer a more colourful collection of laptops, the VivoBook gives a new meaning to originality. It also features the ScreenPad 2.0 and all of its utilities, and is generally quite similar to the above ZenBooks in terms of what it can do.
Limited ZenBook “Edition 30” Version
Featuring a pure white genuine leather lid cover, with a plated 18-karat rose gold special edition logo, with a meticulously woven thread rose gold thread that contrasts perfectly with the white; it’s fair to say that this laptop is absolutely beautiful.
The 13-inch version of the new ZenBook will be available in Australia exclusively as the limited edition, which also be accompanied by a complete set of premium accessories, and like the other ZebBook models, it features the ScreenPad 2.0.
