Every day, people take more photos with iPhones than with any other camera. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus come with added camera features like a new sensor with Focus Pixels, improved face detection, exposure control, and filters for every photo; beautiful, moody or fun. So you can take the photo and let iPhone 6 do the rest.

Don’t Use Your iPhone 6 Camera Without Reading This

Time-lapse videos

iPhone 6 lets you capture the sun setting from your bedroom window, or a flower blooming in your garden with the new Time-lapse feature. Just set up your iPhone 6 to shoot what you want. Swipe to select Time-lapse mode, tap the Record button and let Camera record as long as you choose. You’ll end up with an amazing movie, whether you record for 30 minutes or 30 hours

Self-Timer

The Camera app now includes a self-timer that allows you to set a 3 and 10-second delay when taking photos. This is great for when you want to be in the photo yourself. In the Camera app tap the self-timer button (looks kinda like a clock) on the left side of the screen, then set the delay to either 3 seconds or 10 seconds (depending on how much time you need to prepare).

Slo-mo Video

iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus allow even slower slo-mo at 240fps. So you can record the kids on the trampoline or your friends somersaulting into the pool. Want to take a picture while you are recording? Grab it by tapping the white circle on the left of your record button.

Photo filters and editing tools

New edit options let you capture the moment, and then edit it to perfection in seconds. The new controls let you fine-tune every aspect of your photos. Plus there are nine Apple-designed filters such as Noir, Chrome, and Process to make your photo stand out even more.

Burst Mode

The Burst mode in the iPhone 6 continuously captures 10 photos per second, letting you take hundreds of images so you can capture your precise perfect moment. From the Camera app, just tap and hold the shutter. Favourites are automatically selected but you can also choose your own.

Panorama

iPhone 6 lets you capture entire landscapes or sceneries in a single shot with the Panorama feature. Just tap the arrow on the right hand side in the Camera app to take the panorama from right to left. Tap the left-hand side if you want to take a Panorama from the other direction.
