Samsung Australia, in collaboration with one of Australia’s most beloved jeans brands, Dr Denim, have announced a celebration of Samsung’s return to flip phones with the ‘Z Flip Pocket Denim’ – a limited edition run of jeans with special pockets designed to fit the Galaxy Z Flip3.
Because the Galaxy Z Flip3 can fold into a small size, it’s goodbye to big pockets. With the Samsung foldable phone you don’t need them anyway, they may not look stylish and a large phone usually still slips and slides in them.
This limited edition run of jeans – only 450 being made in both men’s and women’s sizes – partners well with the Samsung folding phone. Both the jeans and the phone have style and practicality – and the smaller pockets mean the phone fits snugly into the pocket for a smart look.
The Z Flip Pocket Denim jeans retail for $1,499 – but this includes the Galaxy Z Flip3.

With no need for large pockets when you have a Galaxy Z Flip3, the back pockets on the jeans have been removed, with one ‘flipped’ to the front thigh and scaled down to the exact dimensions of the Galaxy Z Flip3. The original front pockets have been stitched over with two statement Zs – a nod to the foldable Galaxy Z Series.

To further solidify Samsung’s foray into fashion with the Galaxy Z Flip Pocket Denim, industry heavyweight and acclaimed fashion photographer Pierre Toussaint was commissioned for this special collaboration to capture images of the new fashion item.
