How To Jazz Up Your Zoom Meeting With Fun Backdrops

Zoom meetings are becoming part of our every day life and although we are starting to make our way back into the office it is unlikely that they will disappear.

If, like me, you are sick of appearing on screen with your office in the background or want to avoid having to clean your house before your call, install a fun Zoom background instead.

Jazz up your Zoom with a background of Memphis

One scenic and fun place to take yourself to is the colourful city of Memphis and it certainly beats my white wall as a Zoom background.

So, here’s how you can install the Zoom background:

User To enable the Virtual Background feature for your own use:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click My Meeting Settings, if you are an account administrator or Meeting Settings,if you are an account member.
  3. Navigate to the Virtual Background option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.

And remember these three quick tips for your next Zoom meeting:

Automatically schedule meetings—and let people know about them.

Create recurring meetings with saved settings and one URL.

Record the call as a video so you can refer back to it as you need.
