Powerful Steps podcaster Tory Archbold interviews New Zealand Supermodel Rachel Hunter about the new spiritual phase in her extraordinary life.

Swapping her globe trotting life as the former wife of rock star Rod Stewart, Rachel is now more comfortable trekking across the Rwanda mountains to see the majestic silverback gorillas and visiting yoga retreats and India and the Himalayas.

Here the mother of two shares her remarkable story with Tory Archbold from Powerful Steps, which received over 15k downloads in two days. Since Tory started her podcast in 2019, she’s interviewed everyone from business moguls to TV presenters such as Melissa Doyle and even Women Love Tech’s publisher Robyn Foyster.

“What I love most about Rachel is her truth and honesty,” says Tory. “This includes the foundational work she has done to drop out of ego into her life source of discovering who you really are, anchoring into the wisdom within and expressing yourself in an energetic and intuitive way.

“After her mother’s death in 2017, Rachel fully immersed herself in the formal study of the ancient practices of yoga in the foothills of the Himalayas. Having completed over five hundred hours of Registered Yoga Training and several master modules in meditation, her transformational, dynamic practice includes breath-work and various disciplines of yoga with an emphasis on the Vedantic and Tantric traditions, incorporating Himalayan Kundalini.”
