With the Disney+ streaming service you can now watch everything from Disney Studios – from Star Wars to Marvel to to Pixar and National Geographic. Luckily for die hard Disney fans, the streaming service supports a wide range of platforms including Android TV.
The wide range of platforms for Disney+ includes: streaming via web browsers on PC and Mac, as well as apps on Apple iOS devices and Apple TV, Amazon devices such as Fire TV and Fire HD, Chromecast, Chromebook, Samsung Smart TVs, LG smart TVs, Roku devices, Sky Q, Now TV devices, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows 10.
But if you’re an Android TV fan, it’s good to know you’re fine to stream Disney+. The only requirements for streaming Disney+ are you’ll need Android 5.0 or newer and access to the Google Play Store.
The Disney+ Android App is also supported on various set-top boxes which use Android TV, including NVIDIA SHIELD TV and Mi Box.

Disney+ recommends a high-speed internet connection of at least 5Mbps for HD and 25Mbps for 4K streaming. Your Android TV or box should support 4K playback for you to watch Disney+ content in 4K. If you use a monitor instead of a TV, you’ll need to check it’s 4K enabled.

Using Android TV is so simple with hundreds of Apps like Disney+ available via the Google Play Store.
