There are many reasons to hire a professional web developer to develop your website. You’ll want to look for someone who is certified by the Australian Computer Society, (https://www.acs.org.au/) or the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, (http://ieee-ac.org/) or someone with a qualification in Information Technology or Multimedia.

The website development phases are often called: initiation, design and analysis, development, go-live and testing.

You will be provided with a test version of the website (often called beta). If the business client and/or users aren’t happy with the test website design, then the web development team will need to go back to the drawing board.
