Visiting specific media outlets to read and access latest stories and content will no longer be necessary as you’ll have some of Australia’s biggest outlets such as The Australian, The Daily Telegraph, Australian Women’s Weekly, and more, to choose from. Of course, there will also be international content from the world’s biggest newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal (US) and The Times (UK), among hundreds of others.

Users can access their favourite magazines, cover-to-cover, articles for offline reading, and receive notifications when a new issue of their favourite publications is available. On top of that, it will be possible to access older issues of magazines from the likes of GQ Australia, Australian Men’s Health, and whatever other magazine (s) you fancy.
Available across iPhone, iPad and Mac Apple News+ is an “opportunity to introduce our compelling content to a new audience via Apple’s vast ecosystem,” said Will Everitt, director of Digital Product and Technology at Pacific Magazines.
Similar to Spotify, users will be regularly be given curated recommendations based on topics that you like. Subscribers of the service will be presented with an individual article, topic, and issue that may be of interest to them.
Apple News+ is available today in Australia for $14.99 a month, but if you want to just try it out first, you’re given a free month to do so.
