Casio’s First Smartwatch: A G-SHOCK with Wear OS by Google

Casio Computer Co has released their first smartwatches powered by Wear OS by Google. The GSW-H1000 watch is from the sporty G-SQUAD range.

G-SHOCK GSW-H1000 Smartwatch Features:

  • Shock resistance and 200-metre water resistance
  • Optical sensor to measure heart rate
  • Compass and altitude/air pressure sensor
  • Accelerometer and gyrometer
  • GPS functionality  
  • Fitness tracking and activity goals

The smartwatch has been designed with a soft urethane band, titanium case back, metal bezel and aluminium for improved visibility and operability.

It’s the perfect watch for athletic people who want to track their running, indoor workouts, trekking, road biking, swimming, surfing, snowboarding, and fishing.
