Britsh singer Ed Shereen had the top two songs of the year, holding off the Mega-Hit Despacito, according to Apple’s 2017 Off The Charts list. Shereen had a bumper year taking out the top Album as well as the top 2 songs in Australia for 2017.
The highlights included Illy having the top Australian album of the year and one in four of the top 20 albums were movie soundtracks.
Despite only coming to streaming over the last few weeks, US megastar Taylor Swift’s reputation raced into the #3 spot.
