Pinterest heard that for many businesses, one of the top goals for being on Pinterest is to get discovered. From setting up the Pin It button to writing good Pin descriptions, there’s tons of ways you can make yourself more discoverable, but at Pinterest, they know that it’s also up to them to help you grow your audience.
Streamlined search suggestions
Before, search results for Pins, Pinners and boards were separated, hidden behind different filters. Now, as someone starts typing Pinterest will automatically show Pins, which helps Pinners get to your content with one simple tap.

Hate misspellings? 12% of Pinterest searches have a spelling error. That way they see better results, and if they don’t have to redo the search, it reduces the number of steps it takes for them to find you.

As Pinners search, Pinterest will also be showing a new checkmark for notable names and brands so people can easily find exactly who they’re looking for.
