Finding it difficult to sleep? Let’s face it there’s nothing worse than waking up feeling crabby because you’ve suffered from a poor night’s sleep. Recently, I tried QuietOn3 – these teeny weeny earbuds – to help me sleep more soundly.
Designed by Finnish tech startup QuietOn, QuietOn 3 are so tiny they’ve been dubbed the world’s smallest active noise canceling earbuds but importantly what they do is reduce annoying low-frequency noises and help you sleep better or even get to sleep if sound is an issue.
For me, this includes loud neighbours and more recently home appliances because I’ve been using a humidifier in my room lately given the recent downpour of rain. The simple test was to see if the earbuds were a distraction but I found them small enough to fit entirely inside my ear, making them comfortable enough to wear. They are also ergonomically designed so they don’t feel obtrusive.
I definitely work up feeling more refreshed and energised and for me that was the litmus test that mattered. While I won’t wear these every night, there’s comfort in knowing that if there is a lot of noise around I have a solution at hand.
