Hootsuite, the social media management platform has announced the acquisition of Heyday –a conversational AI platform that gives brands the power to deliver personalised customer experiences. 

Hootsuite is well known as an all-in-one tool for businesses’ social media accounts. All displayed on one interface, navigating and handling social media profiles has never been easier – until now!

What’s Heyday all about?

Heyday is a Montreal-based conversational AI messaging platform that integrates with some of the biggest e-commerce brands like Lacoste, Decathlon, Cirque du Soleil, Danone, Rudsak, and Jack & Jones to help customers with what they need in real-time.

A study by Hootsuite has found that over 4.2 billion active social media users spend an average of two hours and 25 minutes a day on social and messaging platforms. 39% of these users expect replies from companies within 60 minutes, however, the average response time is five hours. Heyday’s integration with Hootsuite aims to change all that.

Brands will now be given the tools to act faster and be more present with their customers throughout the whole journey.
