Kena: Bridge of Sprits is a beautiful story driven action-adventure game from independent game development and animation studio, Ember Lab. The game aims to seamlessly blend the narrative with puzzle-solving, exploration and fast-paced combat.

The adventure takes place in an ancient village of a once-thriving environment. Play as Kena, a young Spirit Guide who is on a quest to uncover the reason behind the village’s decline. Together with her staff and tiny cute companions, you’ll be able to restore beauty to the land.

The game is on the Official Selection for the Tribeca Festival.

“It’s always been our mission to tell the most immersive stories possible, whether in our short films, commercial work, or our first game,” said Mike Grier, co-founder and chief creative officer of Ember Lab. “We are deeply honored to be acknowledged by a festival as prestigious as Tribeca and thrilled to be part of this premier class of game official selections.”

“We’re overwhelmed by and grateful for the enthusiasm surrounding Kena: Bridge of Spirits, and we can’t wait to share our game with everyone this August,” said Josh Grier, chief operations officer at Ember Lab. “We’re taking the next few months to further polish and optimize for the best possible game. It’s been quite an experience completing our first title during the pandemic. We are super excited to reveal the latest trailer and announce the launch date.”

Release date: 24 August 2021

Available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and for the PC via Epic Games Store.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is available in both a Standard Digital Edition ($39.99) and a Deluxe Digital Edition ($49.99), which includes the digital soundtrack, an in-game silver staff, and golden Rot skin exclusives. All PlayStation editions include both PS5 and PS4 digital versions of the game.
