Downton Abbey – the hugely successful series – now has its own weekly podcast called Downton Abbey: The Official Podcast. Hosted by Rotten Tomatoes awards editor, Jacqueline Coley, and broadcaster, Anita Rani, the podcast interviews the cast and creatives behind one of the world’s most beloved historical drama franchises, coming up with secrets from behind-the-scenes and new anecdotes, as well as an exclusive look at the new Downton movie.
This is the first ever official podcast series for the show and all our favourite actors are part of it including Hugh Bonneville, Michelle Dockery, Laura Carmichael, Michael Fox, Elizabeth McGovern, Dominic West and Simon Curtis. Listeners will join the podcast hosts, Anita and Jacqueline, as they immerse themselves in one of world’s most recognisable households.
The podcast starts with the very first episode and goes from there, diving into the secrets of the franchise, going deep into what makes these characters tick and then takes a look at what happens to the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants in the new film, Downton Abbey: A New Era – due for release here next week on April 28th.
